Minutes Bethsaida Team Meeting - July 14, 2004
Chairperson Hardy assigned Erik Soldwedel to take minutes.

June 2004 Meeting Minutes no minutes.
No finance report due to there was any change or expenditures, with the exception of a deposit to the Convent of St Helena for Team Retreat in September.
Review of Calendar: 10/24/04 – St Paul’s, Chatham
9/22/04 – St Paul’s Planning Meeting with Rev. Kaeton,
Oscar, Barbara, Erik, Paul and Jan.
11/14/04 or 12/12/04 St Gregory’s, Parsippany, visit and forum, Liz, Patty and Andy.
November 2004 meeting with District Three cancelled.
St. John’s Montclair, week after Easter Sunday 2005, March 27, 2005 or the following week.
All Saint’s, Glen Rock to be scheduled.
7/21/04 – Interfaith Coalition 10 am to 3 pm.
David Cates, Oscar, Lynn, Jan, Wendy and Barbara.
Team Retreat, September 17 and 18, 2004, Convent of St Helena.
10/14/04 – St John Divine, Hasbrouck Heights, Vestry Planning Session, Oscar and Barbara.
10/21/04 – Workshop I N Coalition – 9 am to 12 noon, Montclair, NJ.
Retreat:
Chairperson Hardy announced that Rev. Dr. Nancy Lane would be our facilitator for the Team Retreat. She announced that twelve (12) team members would be attending the retreat.
Funding Conference:
Erik, Barbara, Jan, Wendy, Lynn and Oscar will meet in September to arrange and plan conference. Tentative date for conference first week of May.
Diocesan Convention:
Lynn announced all committee chairs’ and event coordinators must submit there plans for convention to the Bethsaida Team. She also reported that she and members of the Bethsaida Team have been involved with meetings for the 2005 Convention which is to be held in East Hanover, NJ.
Misc:
Lynn and Oscar are liaisons with the Diocesan Commission on Aging and will be giving a report in the near future. They are hoping to help coordinate any overlap between Bethsaida and The Commission on Aging.
David Cates requested that he be able to review all congregational and church Newsletters for possible Bethsaida Team use.
